Get in touch to see how ThinkWell could help your young people.

ThinkWell was launched earlier this year and has been hugely successful as an early intervention in improving young people’s awareness of mental health issues and how to seek support.

ThinkWell was featured on BBC Radio 4, Channel 4 News, Sky News, The Guardian, The Independent, The Times and The Huffington Post. You can see the press coverage here.

ThinkWell uses clips from the powerful and inspirational Channel 4 documentary, The Stranger On The Bridge which tells the story of Jonny Benjamin's search for the stranger who helped him when he was struggling with his mental health. ThinkWell uses the different stages of Jonny’s incredible story‐ which was followed by 350 million people around the world as part of the #FindMike campaign.

Every teacher or group leader who has observed ThinkWell has rated it as Quite Valuable or Very Valuable with a recent

Head of Year 13 commenting that ThinkWell has:

"Great, enthusiastic Workshop Leaders, (is) very informative, well planned and engaging, a great introduction to discussing and destigmatising mental health."

The aim of ThinkWell is to provide a safe and supportive environment to talk about mental health, demystify many of the stigmas and silence around this issue and, very importantly, provide information and signposting for young people.

Trained workshop leaders deliver ThinkWell and are accompanied by a qualified child and adolescent mental health therapist who can provide additional support to any young people who may want to talk about their thoughts and feelings in a safe space.
